Therapy is designed to help people to learn more about who they are and why they do the things they do. Know Thyself? If I knew myself, I’d run away!

To become aware of life is to become excited by its potential. It is to become aware of experiences of love and beauty, of work and achievement, of pain and suffering, and to affirm the meaning of it all even when, on occasion, it seems meaningless.

Many people are excited by life. They find meaning in their experiences of beauty and their achievements that lead to success, even while they struggle to discover who they are and what it’s all about.

Other people are bored with life, or are despairing about life. They beat themselves up, let themselves down, deny themselves pleasure, keep themselves captive and refuse themselves the chance to grow. They do not allow themselves to find meaning or permit themselves to break free from their pain and disappointment.

Now may be the time for you to overcome the past and reclaim your life. Now may be the time to rid yourself of toxic relationships and an unfulfilled life. Now may be the time to heighten your self-esteem, depressed mood swings, get in touch with your spirituality and make better decisions.
